We had some fun with this one! Inspired by our friends south of the border, we conditioned this imperial stout on Mexico-sourced Mezcal oak, chili peppers, cocoa, coffee (roasted by our amigos Megaphonecoffeeco ), and vanilla to round it all out. The resulting flavor fiesta is ? ? with each addition distinguishable in every sip.
