quite solid, have not seen a lot from these guys on tap around yet so was stoked to encounter this. not much head at all but still a pretty pour with a golden sunset orange color and some real radiance, hazy all the way through but not a real thick one, not sedimented. nose is awesome, bigtime citrus, citra hops seem evident, an almost belgian ester too like pears and green apples and green grapes, fruity in a cool way, to me faintly soapy but also crazy fresh with lime and lemon also in play, and a decent grain base that supports the hops well, faint greenness but this isnt harsh to me at all. i get some mango and peach in the flavor, more as it warms and there is some citrus sweetness all through it, pineapple juice, really bright and summery, vacation vibes to this even with the body. this isnt too big or aggressive to be a food beer, had it with fried seafood and it was wicked. i reckon it could stand a little more carbonation, but this is flavorful, well hopped, fully modern hazy with a citrus and tropical profile thats real appealing. one of the better ive had from these guys in the ipa space to date...

On tap at Bittercreek. This is all NEIPA on the pour; opaque hazy yellow gold with minor head and lacing. Big tropical vibes on the nose, some juicy citrus as well, fruity for sure but generic to my nose. The palate is specifically pineapple and grapefruit, kind of snappy and zingy in a good way, minor bitterness but it balances the hop fruitiness nicely. Good stuff.

Pours a clear golden honey with a finger of foamy head that dissipates to a thin ring with some lacing. Aroma of pineapple and mango. Taste follows nose.
