We took our Strassenbahn hefeweizen and added cherry to it. You will get the classic hefeweizen profile paired with a slightly tart cherry flavor.

5 oz pour at the brewery. Looks okay for a hefeweizen, but I was hoping for more cherry/red color. A pale pink at most. Aroma and flavor again are mostly hefe with a hint of sour/sweet cherry. Not bad, but I was expecting more.
