A New England Pale Ale.
Appearance - Pours a hazy pineapple gold with three fingers of frothy white head that leaves some puffy lace on the glass.
Smell - citrus and tropical hops, mango, citrus and orange peel, pineapple, peach, lime, grapefruit peel, bready malts, caramel, and earthy fruity yeast.
Taste - citrus, tropical, and now bold piney hops upfront. The mango, citrus, orange peel, pineapple, peach, lime, and grapefruit peel come through next. The bready malts, caramel, and earthy fruity yeast finish off the brew.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Finishes sticky with the hops and fruits lingering.
Overall - A highly drinkable and sessionable brew that boasts very fruit forward flavours. A pleasant brew on this mild evening here in Cowtown.
