A brew made to support Crohns and Colitis Canada.
Appearance - Pours a hazy gold with four fingers of frothy white head.
Smell - peach, coriander, citrus hops, biscuity malts, and spicy earthy yeast.
Taste - peach and coriander upfront. The citrus hops come through next. The brew is rounded out by the biscuity malts and spicy earthy yeast.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Finishes off-dry with the elements lingering.
Overall - A pleasant "peach wit" but as a whole the classic elements of the witbier style were a tad off the mark. Nonetheless, a nice brew to support a good cause.
