Brewed in celebration of International Women's Day 2022.
Appearance - Pours a rose blush pink with three fingers of fizzy white head (slightly tinted pink).
Smell - Spicy Belgian yeast, fruity esters, notes of banana and clove, black currant, lime, spicy and herbal/floral hops.
Taste - Up to bat first is the spice category: the Belgian yeast, fruity esters, and hops. The blackcurrant and lime are complementary and not too sour. Finishes with a lingering wheaty malt flavour.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate to high carbonation. Finishes very dry and crisp.
Overall - This is the perfect palate cleanser I've been needing lately. Refreshing flavours done exceptionally well.
