This bright, straw coloured wheat ale is aromatice witha touch of sweetness. The addition of unpasteurized Fallentimber Honey and use of Huell Melon hops impart delicate flavours of fresh honeydew with a mild bitterness. This collaborative brew supports the Alberta Beekeeper's Commission.

Appearance - Pours a hazy straw gold with four fingers of frothy white head that leave some lacing on the glass.
Smell - earthy and floral hops, clove, banana, honey sweetness, honeydew melon, bready malts, and earthy yeast.
Taste - earthy, leafy, hint of citrus, and floral hops upfront. The clove and banana are there but gets overpowered by the honey sweetness. The honeydew melon, bready malts, and earthy yeast round out the brew.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Finishes smooth with a lingering honey sweetness.
Overall - A crushable and flavourful brew. The addition of local honey adds a pleasant taste profile to this one. This one is worth a try as it supports a good cause.
