Exactly what a Kolsch should be! Maybe a little tall in the ABV, but it hits on all the right points.

Draught in a Stange glass at the brewery 10-13-24.
1/2" stark white head with very good retention, early lacing. Golden body with great clarity.
Fruity,with a light, spicy, bitter pop.
Light body, medium length finish.
True to style from what I perceive about Kolsch...high drinkability.
