16oz canned 8-29-23, opened 9-22-23.
1 finger white head with very good retention - settles in as a solid cap.
Golden body with very good clarity. Thin, wispy lacing.
Great pilsner malt aroma, sulfur, grassy and floral nose...very nice.
Sweet and pure malt flavor initially followed by a moderate and persistent spicy hop bitterness.
Light body with appropriate carbonation and an almost crisp mouthfeel followed by a clean, dry finish.
Very Good.
