Medium gold pour, some haze, ridiculousiff white two finger head. I let it fall some before I continued. Nose is malted grain.
Taste shows light kilned malt, honey, some creamy maize, floral, unripe apple. Light to medium mouthfeel, still quite carbonated. Finish is malty with a light, drying bitterness. Not really a Pils for me.
