Not as good as the double helix, but very tasty, a bit more peppery than I like, not a bad freaking beer!

Fresh from the brewery on 6/30/22. Canned on 6/14/22 " Mosiac Explosion"
Look: Mostly straw gold color with a deep white haze within. Frothy white fo cap leaves chunks of cover and intricate lace.
Nose: The Mosiac hop gives off earthy citrus, lemon zest, and sweet creamy tropical fruitiness. Malt smells creamy and grainy.
Feel & Flavor: a sharp, earthy lemon zest has some kick on the first sip. Earthy bitterness rides high in this Mosiac. Sweet fruits and leafy dry grains from the hop and smooth golden malted grains. Taste like golden wheat and pilsner malts combine with a super smooth creamy taste and texture.
Overall: I love single hop beers, as it showcases exactly what that hop is all about, especially when it's NEDIPA.

Poured into a 13 Teku glass canned on 11/15/21. Pours a very attractive yellow orange with a 2 finger sticky white head, that leaves thin streaks of lace with excellent retention. 4.5
Smell is papaya, passionfruit, cantaloupe, ripe tangerine, and apricot. Really pleasant. 4.5
Taste follows papaya, cantaloupe, passionfruit, tangerine, and apricot .
Mouthfeel is above medium, soft gentle carbonation, not sticky or dry, and at 8.5% big flavor but excellent drinkability.
Overall Spyglass Brewed another excellent NEDIPA. I would really recommend. 4.5

16oz can dated 5/20/20.
Pours cloudy yellow with a minimal head or retention. Cracked garlic, green onions, and dank weed in the nose. Medium bodied with a thinnish mouthfeel. Garlic, grapefruit, and onions on the palate. Finishes with a lingering resins and garlic.
