We took our Bubble Sort Pale Ale recipe, bulked up the malt bill, and increased the hopping rate worthy of a Double IPA and turned it into an 8.2% Double IPA hopped with the same combo of Citra, Cashmere and El Dorado.

16oz can dated 10/28/20.

Pours cloudy yellow with a half inch head of white. Moderate retention and lacing. Pungently hoppy in the nose with dank citrus. Candied tangerine, peach syrup, and pineapple juice. Medium bodied with a soft mouthfeel. Loads of ripe tropical citrus on the palate. Pineapple, peach, pear, and pine. Finishes fairly dry with zero malt, minimal bitterness, and lingering juicy citrus.
