Poured into a 13 oz Teku glass canned on 2/16/2021. Pours a hazy light yellow with a finger plus sticky white head that leaves thick streaks of lace with excellent retention. 5
Aroma is peach, yellow grapes, honeydew, passionfruit, pineapple, apricot, and white grapefruit rind. 4.25
Taste follows peach, passionfruit, pineapple, honeydew, grapes, and some grapefruit rind on the back end really balanced, but I am thinking in 7 days this is going to sublime and may be a touch green right now. 4.5
Mouthfeel is a solid medium, not dry or sticky, soft creamy carbonation, and at 8.3% it goes down easy with a ton of flavor. 5
Overall this is another excellent NEDIPA from Spyglass Brewing and I truly believe it will get better in the next 10 days. 4.5
