Pale ale hopped with Nelson Sauvin and American Centennial hops. We used cooler-than-usual whirlpool temp to extract all the juice, but less bitterness from the whirlpool hops.

Hazy lemon yellow color with a decent sized off white head that persists. Earthy grassy citrus and tropical fruits with sweet bready maltiness to counter.
