16 oz can.
Pours a deep cola brown color with a finger of sudsy mocha head. Moderate head retention. Leaves a beautiful crown of lacing. A Tiara, if you will.
The aroma explodes with vanilla, vanilla bean coffee, and mild chocolate. There's a bit of caramel and toffee as the beer warms.
The flavor is about what you'd expect: Strong vanilla cream, vanilla latte (duh), milk chocolate, and faint caramel. Some roasted coffee beans on the finish.
The feel is medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Relatively creamy and smooth.
Overall this is a good milk stout that comes precisely as advertised. It's called "Extra Vanilla Latte", and there's a metric asston of vanilla flavor with some lighter coffee notes. Not the most balanced beer but still worth trying.

On tap at Thirsty Moose Merrimack
Solid opaque black with a frothy off white collar of foam that persists. Rich chocolate and roaster maltiness with a solid shot of vanilla aroma and flavor.

Poured into 13 oz Teku glass canned on 6/30/21. Pours a very attractive slick black with a 2 plus finger sticky brown head that thick streaks of lace with excellent retention. 4.75
Aroma is one dimensional but in a great way. Vanilla beans, cocoa nibs, caramel, coffee grounds, and toffee. 4.5
Taste follows sweet vanilla, cocoa, toffee, caramel, and a little dry coffee in nicely balanced finish. 4.5
Mouthfeel is above average, maybe a little dry, soft gentle carbonation, and at 7% it may drink a touch bigger. 4.25
Overall I am a fan of Spyglass Brewing, but besides hoppy stuff I was beginning to think they were a one trick pony, but not anymore. This is really tasty, would like a little more body personally but this is really tasty and well crafted. 4.25
