Picked up a couple of 16oz cans at Spyglass a few weeks ago, at $5.00 per, I believe. Checking it out now out in The 'Zebo.....
It's a clear brew, with a rich, vibrant golden color. Has aggressive carbo shooting towards the surface. The head is a smooth, whipped cream-like dollop of fine, white foam. Lacing is a little light, but still nice. The aroma seems to be where it should be - biscuity pilsner malts, some green fruit, and yeasty notes. Body is a solid medium, with a fairly smooth feel on the tongue.
Flavor also has the light, pleasant sweetness and crackery, biscuity notes from the malts. Then a little fruity action appears, with green apple and pear. Has some hints of honey, along with candi sugar, a smidge of the yeasties, and some pepper. Solid all around!
My Mom passed away 10 days ago, on 11AUG22, and this is the first bier I've sat down to and gave some thought since then. Have been giving a lot of thought to Mom in the last 10 days as well. So I find the name of this bier to be appropriate, as my memories and love for her will be Perpetual. Love you, Mom....

From a 16 oz can with an unreadable date stamp. Sampled August 6, 2022.
Attractive looking brass-amber colored pour under a boisterous cream colored head.
Lovely aroma of clove, coriander, allspice, banana, dark breaded malts, and earth
Medium and soft mouthfeel.
The taste is sweet with those same clove, coriander and banana notes along with candied sugar and a mild to moderate earthy bitterness and semi-dry finale. Enjoyed it

Can from the Packie
Pours with just a touch of haze and a decent sized off white head that persists. Rich bready crackery honey maltiness with some light spice and a hint of pepper.
