NO can date
Pours a large pillowy almost 2 finger head with good retention, soapy lacing, clear golden straw color
Nose cereal malt, grainy sweet bready, touch of corn and bread dough, light herbal hop
Taste brings more cereal malt, a little grainy-sweet but not as much as I expected, light doughy bread, hint of corn, light herbal hop with light bitterness, drier clean finish and doesn't linger much
Mouth is med to lighter bod, soft lager, med to a tad lighter carb
Overall OK, decent lager, doesn't have the malt depth and intensity as I expect for a good Helles, but still a nice lager to chug in the summer

On tap at the source with Paul.
Served in a dimpled mug with just a hint of haze in a deep gold liquid with a thin off white head that quickly dissipates. Bready crackery malt with bits of earth and spice to counter. Not bad.
