Poured into a 16 oz not sure when it was canned, the machine missed the mark. Pours a very attractive dark brown with a finger sticky brown head that leaves thin lines of lace, with solid retention. 4.25
Aroma cocoa, toffee, marshmallow, coffee grounds, and graham cracker. 4.25
Taste follows cocoa, toffee, coffee, marshmallow, and graham cracker. 4.25
Mouthfeel is a little above average, gentle carbonation, not really dry, and at 10% it drinks like 8%. For some that is a plus, but not for my stout likes. 3.75
Overall this is nice, but I was hoping for a bigger body and with a bigger head, that would cling to the glass more. Still a tasty stout. 4
