Pours a hazy golden with white head, good retention. Smells of tangerine and possibly vanilla on the nose. The body is light to medium with some apricot jam to go with some artificial fruit candy flavor. To be perfectly honest, this isn't really my thing. I have long held that Mosaic and Galaxy are amongst the bottom of hop combinations due to the sum of the parts being less than the individual components and this beer kinda reinforces that for me. If you were a chef, would you try to marry two ingredients you know that don't go together?

Poured into a 16 Snulip glass canned on 11/17/23. Pours an attractive hazy yellow with a finger plus sticky white head that leaves a thin wall of lace, with nice retention. 4

Aroma is pineapple, tangerine, passionfruit, and apricot. 4

Taste follows pineapple, tangerine, passionfruit, and apricot. 4

Mouthfeel is slightly above average, not sticky or dry, soft gentle carbonation, and at 7% fairly bold flavor but easy going down. 4

Overall this is tasty, nothing stands out, but worth a try for sure. 4
