Does not taste like a Pilsner. Neither crisp, or necessarily refreshing. It's much rounder/softer than what I'd expect from any type of Pilsner. It tastes like a Saison, or maybe a wheat beer, which is not what I generally like. Which is why it's disappointing.
If this was a light Saison, or wheat beer, I'd rate it higher in that category. But clearly they missed what they were going for.
