Appearance This one poured a brilliant yellow in color with some good, active carbonation and a big, puffy, lacing head.
Smell The grain here is very sharp with a light grassy hop compliment.
Taste The grain came out bigger at the taste. It was a little on the stale-tasting side but otherwise not bad.
Mouthfeel This Lager was light-bodied with some good carbonation.
Drinkability This one went down well enough although I probably wouldnt rush out to buy again.

Comes in a standard dark brown half liter bottle with a pleasant orange label. Sugar and rice are both ingredients. Bottled on 5/26/03, I opened it on 7/25/03.
Poured a clear bubbly pale gold with a fizzy white head that, well, lacked longevity. Little collar, no lace. The nose was mildly sweet, while the mouth was light and tingly. The initial taste was grassy and a bit sour, followed by a metallic bitterness that lingered into the finish. The aftertaste was dominated by this harsh bitterness, leaving a bad impression.
