Standard brown half liter bottle with a yellow and white label lacking inspiration or interest. Rice and sugar are ingredients. Bottled on 11/24/03, I opened it on 12/17/03.
Standard clear gold under a white head that lingers for a little while, but then disappears completely. No lace, no collar. The nose is mild with malt and sugar. The mouth is prickly and medium-bodied. The opening taste is grainy and sweet, while the finish includes a not insignificant hoppy bite. Fairly smooth hops, too. This isn't as bad as I expected, but that's not saying much.
