Comes in a standard brown half liter bottle with a pretty snappy yellow and green label featuring all the awards this beer has presumably won, the symbol of the brewery (wreath of barley surrounding a mug of beer with a big head) and the slogan "beer with traditions." Sugar is an ingredient. Best before 4/27/04, I opened it on 3/6/04.
Poured a clear pale gold under a very bubbly half-fingered white head that settled in a flash. The nose is mild but full of smooth malt. The mouth is light and highly carbonated. The opening is pretty run-of-the-mill - pleasant malty taste without much excitement, followed by a slight hoppy finish. While certainly drinkable, I'm doing no cartwheels of excitement here.
