A: Poured from the can into a Tree House tulip. Body is slightly hazy golden with a small white head on top.

S: Not a strong nose at all - sweet ripe tropical fruit comes to mind, think melon, maybe mango.

T: Like the nose, the first impression is that there's not a lot going on. Sweet ripe fruit - melon again, maybe some modest sweeter citrus (oranges, candied orange peel) and ripe peaches. Finishes with a modest lemony bitterness.

M: Slightly syrupy, yet it drinks light. Good fine carbonation.

O: Interesting. I'm liking this beer - it's "clean" and an easy drinker, but not terribly complex. My first from this somewhat-local brewer; certainly willing to try them again based on a pretty positive experience with this one.

L - pours a milky, yellowy haze. On the lighter, vibrant..er side of things. Bone white head with a mixture of giant, medium, and small bubbles.

S - resinous and oniony up front, but bubblegum seeps in toward the end. Light, fruity flavors of lemon candy, peach rings, and candied orange peel. Maybe a hint of vanilla softness.

T - equally light and fluffy. Bright flavors a la peach, oats, and water (yes). Oddly refreshing, considering the heavy onion zest that piles on in the finish, ending with a surprising amount of bitterness. Pithy and sticky. Lemon-lime.

F - mealy and chalky. Not overwhelmingly so, but packs a saturated hop punch that tingles the tastebuds.

O - there are no dominant flavors, nor is it particularly forceful... at least at first. The pop comes in the back end when you can *feel* the hops dripping over your tongue. Bright and lively otherwise with refreshing summer flavors. Interesting dichotomy between crushable and cloyingly saturated.
