Foraging for ingredients was a tried and true method historically for finding new herbs and spices to use in cooking, medicine, and even brewing. We foraged for fresh stag horn sumac, and added it to our house Wit...the results are a delight, with delicate notes of lemon and pepper. Enjoy something a little wild! Cheers!
