Poured from a 16oz can to a tulip pint. Canned on 11/1 and drank on 11/5.
Look: Pale gold, clear as can be, and fluffy white head
Smell: Cracker sweetness, spicy hop aroma. Smells like a homemade pizza dough while it's rising.
Taste: A sweet, bready malt adds a great back bone. I'm almost getting a honey flavor. It balances so well with the spicy hop character, ever so slightly floral. They probably used saaz.
Overall: Super drinkable, balanced, and delicious. It's good to see a brewery that crushes IPAs and Sours also do justice to this style.
