Our rotating experimental series of hoppy ales, this time in single IPA form expressing huge notes of Sauvignon Blanc grape, fresh mango, and a touch of blueberry.

On tap at Unified Beer Works in Malta, NY.
This one pours a fairly hazy golden yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like white grape, gooseberry, lemon, lime, and grapefruit.
This is a very nice exploration of the Nelson hop. It's not exactly a hop that needs to be explored anymore, as it's used so much, but it is nice to be reminded what I can taste like when it's used well. It's got all the typical flavor notes you want out of the hop, with the typical white grass and general exotic citrusy character.
This is light bodied, creamy, and very drinkable, with a very soft body overall.
It seems like Unified mainly excels at hoppy stuff, and this was the best of the various beers I tried on my first visit.
