Pours a hazed yellow with a solid, stable head.
Smells of dried herbs and a nice, well nuanced tartness among white bread dough, dried oranges and peach pith.
Has a light bodied mouthfeel with a higher carbonation to it.
Tastes of a blue cheese funkiness among dried herbs, blueberries, cake malts and a mineralic carbonation. Turns quite light then, with a lack of advertized hoppiness and more bready malts instead. Finishes light and musty, with a good amount of the blue cheese maintaining on the palate, complimenting to a late, lighter herb dryness.
Well integrated brett profile among a flavor composition with reminds me more of a refreshing saison, instead of an ipa, due to the lack of immediate hop impact in this.

Pours a cloudy, pale amber/peach coloration with a medium, fizzy head. Smells intensly of tart passion fruit with light funk and a hint of hay. Taste follows the nose, being dominated by a tart passion fruit flavor and light musty/dusty funk, with hints of zesty citrus, peach, hay and yeast esters. Finishes with a light bitterness and tart passion fruit lingering in the aftertaste. Smooth mouthfeel with a medium body and carbonation.
While this has lovely tart tropical and stone fruit notes, the funkiness, while there, doesn't really come out quite as much as you might expect of a Brett IPA and also has an unusual musty/dusty character which I haven't really encountered so far. Still quite an enjoyable brew.
