Pours a lightly foggy straw with a finger of white foam. Head retention is fair. Aroma is light Belgian yeast, clove, banana and earthy malts. Flavor profile is clove with a cerealy, biscuity, earthy malts with spicy hops, banana and yeast spice coming on at the finish. Finishes sweet and lightly zesty. Mouth feel is medium in thickness with a very frail graininess to it. Overall, light bodied with distinct Belgian yeast qualities. Lovely little session Belgian.

On tap. Poured a cloudy, straw-yellow color with a small, white head of foam. It smelled of coriander, spices, yeast and wheat. Sweet wheat taste with spicy bite of yeastiness.
