Pours a translucent yellow with a finger of white foam. Aroma is cereal, bready malts with light yeast zest. Simple and clean. Flavor profile is cereal, bready, nutty malt with very light herbal, citrus and spicy hops that add just a touch of complexity to the malts. Mouth feel is medium-thin with a light, but consistent, effervescence that keeps it drinking crisp. Overall, clean, crisp and consistent.
