Pours a foggy, pale straw color with a finger of white foam up top. Aroma is clove, lemon drops, banana, and grassy, wheat. Subtle prairie vibes to the nose. Flavor profile follows the same trail, hitting clove, and wheat and bread malts right out front. Grassy and lemon drop notes come on later. Mouth feel has a mild grit initially, and then softens. Thickness is medium. Overall, middle of the road, inoffensive wheat beer that is equally refreshing as it is crushable.
