Pours a transparent yellow with a finger of white foam. Head retention is good. Aroma is crisp bread, crackers, toast, and pale malts with a touch of grass. Flavor profile is bread, crackers, and pale malts alongside grassy hops. It's mild with a tempered and timid flavor profile. Nothing offensive or bold, just dry, crisp malts with a dash of hops. Mouth feel is medium-thin and is accompanied by a crisp, dry finish. Overall, crispness is lovely with a mild & taste aroma and flavor profile keeping this beer well within the 'safe' territory for something to 'taste like beer.' It's a solid lager.
