Pours a foggy burgundy-red with a finger of khaki foam. Aroma is toffee, raisins, and candied sugar with a dry finish. Flavor profile follows suit, hitting notes of toffee, raisins, candied sugar, and caramely, bready malts. It has a light dry finish. Mouth feel is silty with a gritty start. Thickness is medium. Overall, slightly dry, but packing some pleasant sweetness right at the front.
