Excellent venue. Corner location in a strip mall. Authentic English and Irish beers. Twelve on tap and four on cask. Even beer tender is English. U-shaped bar and lots of tables. Additional bar in back. Lots of parking.

Cozy and classic and grown up feel inside, with an outdoor seating area for when the weather cooperates.
Brass ring Brewery in GR MI, and they take the British pub vibe seriously here. About a dozen Brit style sale, porters and stouts on tap as well as flowing cask ales. I had the brown ale and it was on point and tasty
British style beer pub food, all the way…bangers and mash, Sheppard pie and fish and chips…you get the idea
Tasty brown ale and fish and chips made for a quite enjoyable dinner….good place for a date, or with a group, worthy spot for a hearty and classic English pub meal and experience.

This was one of my favorite surprise brewery experiences while traveling through Southwest Michigan in 2023. British-themed, down to the hand pumps and menu. I had a fantastic breakfast here—I’d return for those fried eggs alone!—and loved the beers I’ve tried. When cask is an option I’ll take it, everytime.

This brewery is located among other businesses in a strip setting along a busy street. A large parking area is at the rear, and the preferred entrance to the pub is at the rear. We stopped here to try their beers and to have dinner. The pub is long and narrow and the small U-shaped bar (with seating) is about in the middle. The brewing equipment is at the front, and some patio seating is just outside the front door. I liked the vibe here. It was just before dinner time so service was very good.
This brewery specializes in British-inspired beers, and the beer menu notes with a (UK) symbol which beers are brewed with British/English malts. (Hops don't necessarily follow this origin.) There were 12 beers on tap, so we ordered a flight of 5 of them to try to arrive at an overall evaluation. The pub also serves some of their beers on cask, and there are three beer engines to provide for this nice feature. Consequently I ordered a pint of the English Dark Mild as an extra treat. All of the beers were brewed very well to style, and we thought that the Rock Steady Brown Ale was exceptional. The Dandy Whiz Bang ESB was also notable. I'd like to go back to try more of them some day.
The food was also very good here. (The fries are special.) We enjoyed what we ordered. Some wines, ciders, etc. are also available. The food and beer menu is online. Not all of the beers or food are British inspired, so there is something for everyone here. Highly recommended.
