12oz undated can poured into a straight sided glass at fridge temp 5% ABV. The beer pours bright light amber with off white head. The aroma is mild with slight grain and vegetable notes. The taste is semisweet pale malt with notes of tart vegetable. Minimal bitterness. Feel is thin, fizzy and mostly dry. Overall, ok. Probably way past it's prime.

Clean, crisp and celebrating the pilsner flavor in the only way that ale can, the brewers at Props meet the hot Florida weather head on with a beer with character and quenching properties.
Blond Bomber pours with the expected blonde color with a pep of gold through the depth of its center. Grainy sweet and floral to the nose, the ale has a kiss of pacific northwest hops with that peppery pine scent. Its taste is softly of cereal and wafer as a gentle taste of honeysuckle and wafter greet the tongue.
A gradual change occurs across the middle palate and the grain sweetness slowly fades and the hops begin to rise. Orange peel, a light grapefruit tang and a growing sense of spruce develop into a lightly bittered late palate with a mild grassy, herbal and resinous balance.
Crisp, clean and highly refreshing, the beer finish with an herbal sweetness and an even keel balance of grain and pine. A brief aftertaste of parsley and cereal dance on the tongue shortly afterwards.
