12oz undated can poured into a straight sided glass at fridge temp 4.5% ABV. The beer pours bright light amber with nearly white head. The head recedes to a pencil thin ring and nothing else. The aroma is mild grain. The taste is semisweet tangy pale malt. No real bitterness. Mouthfeel is thin bodied with average carbonation and a mostly dry finish. Slight diacetyl. Overall, ok.

This is a great beach lager that was excellent. The taste was spot on and the mouth feel that was excellent. The pale gold hue was spot on and the taste was perfect with right amount of carbonation bite. This is a perfectly balanced lager.

Living in a beach community, of course you'll have a cerveza on hand. Anything else would be disingenuous. But in the capable hands of Props brewers, this ain't any regular Mexican light lager. Its one with greater favor, texture and balance than the standard corn water.
Dos Pilotos pours a medium golden color, a shade darker than the pale straw color of most light lagers. Its frothy white cap precedes a mild aroma of grain, cereal, honey and the slightest of caramel and wafer. Much the same splashes the tongue as a malty taste of bread crust, cashew and cereal offer up any first impression.
Sweetness, breadiness and a slight toasty flavor extends on the middle palate as the tastebuds await a gradual growth of hops. Starting floral and rosy, the hops trend lightly citrusy with lemon and apple before resting on a spicy, grassy and herbal finish of lemon pepper and lemongrass.
Medium light in body, the beer's slightly heftier malt flavor translates to a firmer texture on the palate. A finish of sweet grassiness and freshly toasted cereal grains cast a short but balanced linger on the after palate.

Golden honey color, smells sweet and has a slightly sweet honey mixed with barley taste, slightly carbonated, small head that dissipates fast. Worth a 12 pack if ya wanna get drunk on something decent. It's better than macro, but still lacking in many aspects.
