Caesar of Notts is our very first Barley Wine. Brewed with Maris Otter and caramel malts combined with a lengthy boil result in a strong, sweet and delicious caramel body. The beer is then balanced by an assertive dosing of old-world hops and fermented with an expressive English ale yeast to promote fruity flavours. With an ABV just under 11%, this beer is strong in every sense of the world. This beer is then only slightly carbonated to preserve the rich and smooth nature.
