Medium-bodied, malty and full of flavor, with floral and citrus notes imparted by the additions of Loral and Mandarina Bavaria hops.

Interesting brew indeed, nothing other than mouthfeel truly stands out. The mouthfeel is full-bodied with a tangy taste that you first note at your nose. Overall, it’s solid and another great drink I’ve had this summertime season.

Poured into a glass mug from a can. Brewed on 10/11/21 & Tasting on 01/08/22.
Look; A great visual on this beer, slightly hazier than a typical blonde ale. Absolutely love the color with the steady small carbonation fluttering towards a tight and small-bubbled head that dissipates at a moderate rate.
Smell; Delectable, honestly, perfect for an afternoon beer (the way I'm having it now). Malty sweetness is like a smooth slightly caramel honey. Citrus notes, light they may be, are present; like a fresh orange sitting on a picnic table you're walking towards. All the time a pleasant scent of hops that works in tandem with the other aspects; a great Blonde in my nose's opinion.
Taste; My experience echoes the sentiment of a few other users that I have read on; hoppy at the check-in but quickly rounds to a tasty malt in the 'mid-sip' or 'mid-gulp' area. Going down it's nice and well-rounded between the two and takes on a citrusy and slightly caramel(ly) profile. Highly enjoyable and has a great burp later on. ;)
Feel; I'm more of a heavy-bodied ImpStout lover when it comes to body and feel, so I'm not gonna' dock this one for not being right up my alley. I think that for the style of beer it fits the bill almost to a T. Real light body with small carbonation that plays in the mouth and a smooth gulp that (as another user said and I wholly agree with) goes down creamy and smooth.
I could be sleeping on this beer because it's not exactly my style or I could be hyping it up because its ingredients are grown and brewed in my home state; which path I may be leaning more towards is for you to decide.
Either way, this beer is undeniably refreshing, simple, and enjoyable for me and I hope to experience more light-bodied afternoon sippers from this brewery, thanks Pretoria!

Appearance: Gold, with slight haze. Thin, white head with moderate retention.
Aroma: Floral and grainy with hint of fruit.
Flavor & Aftertaste: Grainy with hint of fruit. Medium sweetness. Restrained bitterness
Palate: Soft, semidry. Short finish. Not bitter.
Pretoria Fields hits this one pretty much right on the nose. Not overly hoppy. Just enough bitterness to provide some balance; but still malt forward. Soft and easy drinking. They describe the Blonde Ale as an every day beer and that's exactly what it is. Nothing fancy here; just solid blocking & tackling. I enjoyed it quite immensely. Pretoria Fields is an interesting brewery/farm in South Georgia. They are trying to grow most of their ingredients themselves. They just harvested their first Cascade hops for beer that will be served in the taproom soon. Head brewer was at Russian River Brewing Co. for about 10 years. Solid background. I wish these guys all the success in the world.

Draft in a chilled Shaker glass at Gnats on St Simons. Nice looking golden color with minimal head
Good flavor but a little plain. Also mouth feel is a bit blah.

A lot of golden ales out there, but this is the real deal. Very floral, dry hopped and low IBU. Drinks like a lager! Crushable!!!

Look: About a half finger of bubbly white head. This beer is very carbonated— a steady stream of bubbles in my uncleared Pilsner glass. The color is pale to medium golden and the lace is minimal.
Smell: The smell is delicate. A little sweet, bread malt, floral hops, and a hint of citrus. The aroma is quite pleasant though.
Taste: The taste is a pleasant mixture of malt and hops. The malt is there but not explicit, the hops are there but not bitter. This is an almost perfect balance! This would make a great, refreshing activity beer. The taste is light, but not transparent.
Feel: The feel is light and crisp— almost lager like. It’s incredibly refreshing and smooth. It would make a fantastic lawnmower or activity beer.
Overall: This is nice, refreshing, and quite pleasing. It would be a great transition for someone not used to hops. It’s quite nice and I will buy again.
