Pretty typical for this style. Can’t taste the coriander.

Just a solid German style session ale. Great for people that haven’t built a pallet for sours. Start with this one!

Pours a clear straw producing 3+ fingers of fizzy, foamy, somewhat lasting, white head that leaves more surface cap, collar ring & lace than is usual for beers of this style. With that said all three disappear rapidly. Abundant effervescence streams from the bottom. Aroma is mildly tart, coriander, barnyard funk, thin lemon/lime, acetaldehyde, grainy wheat with faint fruit/berry & mineral hints in a thinly briney background. Taste is tangy, salty, thin wheat, cracker, lemon/lime & coriander. Finishes tart & dry with with faint acetaldehyde, leafy floral & faint mineral. Tart finish is short-lived. Aftertaste is a short-lived lightly tart, lime citrus & brine. Dry throughout. Mouthfeel is light-medium bodied with moderate-high carbonation, crisp, light prickle & very dry. A decent but very middle of the road Gose.
