Appearance. Clear amber colored body with high clarity and a decent white head.
This is a mild, off-style Belgian Blonde Ale. I suspect it's been brewed with something other than Belgian yeast. It might serve as an "entry craft beer" for light beer drinkers, but it does seem to be a bit under carbonated. Hints of honey in this mildly bitter brew. ABV is well hidden.
