This is a 5.8% wheated pale ale rested on a staggering 84lb of caramelized pineapple puree. The nose is a bouquet of sweet pineapple with notes of tropical fruits and citrus from addition of Bravo and Lemondrop hops. A round-bodied and full-flavored beer that changes as it glides on the palate, starting with moderate, fruity bitterness and light caramel sweetness that ends on subtle hints of fresh-cut pineapple that lingers on the finish.
