A Christmas present in 2023 that was drunk in May 2024. The beer was drunk in company so the notes are perfunctory at best.
L: Hazy pineapple yellow. Fluffy, thin white head. Lots of carbonation.
S: Wild, funky, yeasty, vinous.
T: Closely matches the nose with extra fruitiness. Finishes dry and tart.
N: Carbonation is medium, and Mouthfeel is bright and spritzy.
O: This is a table beer in strength only. It's not a table beer that a Belgian monastery would recognise as an example of what is traditionally considered that style. In truth, it's a low-alcohol, wild-fermented beer that's mislabelled.
Cheers!

Writing this a day or so after drinking. It poured a bright straw to golden with a light haze and a fine white lacing.
Hay and a touch of brett funk on the nose, lemony beer.
Taste follows the aroma with incredible balance and restraint.
It has great mouthfeel. Light prickly carbonation, medium-light body, finishes relatively clean and is incredibly thirst-quenching. It's got that more-ness that I love in a beer. (I can't describe it in another word - it is juicy (not the orange juice IPA juicy), I think it's the sum of its parts - a refreshing body without being too heavy nor so light that it finishes too quickly).

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
