Apple skin. Faint woodsiness. Acetic acid, lactic acid. Depleted pale malt. Well attenuated. White wine like flavour is evident.
Balanced and enjoyable, with high drinkability.
Would pair well with salads.
A nice sour ale from one of Australia's best breweries.
