On-draught @ the brewery and blendery:
Lemony twang. Modest acidity. Active Brettanomyces wild yeast. Low to mild sourness. Floral. Dried fruit peel.
A balanced low ABV table sour that does an awful lot with a little. Call it an Australian echo of Jester King's La Petit Prince table beer (all all the Franco Belgian beers that came before).
High B- / WORTHY
