On draft at HighSide, Frisco. Poured out a clear, straw-yellow color with a small, white head of foam. It left sudsy lace. It smelled of crackers, bread crust, caramel and floral notes. Sweet caramel taste with toffee and a mild bitterness.

Pours a clear copper-gold with two fingers of dense foam on top. Aroma is biscuity, wafery, nutty, bready, and crackery malts with a dry sharpness to it. Flavor profile is wafery, crackery, bready, and nutty malts. Really great bready quality. There is a dash of herbal hops at the back. Finish is dry. Mouth feel is crisp with a medium-thin consistency. Overall, a dry, crispy lager that is both refreshing and enjoyable.
Draft.
