Drinks like a Belgian Strong with a beautiful orange hue and subtle spiciness to balance that mango. Steady but light carbonation. The work of a true master of his craft. The label art is unique. This beer and brewer has a lot of heart

Young Mouse - first of all - what a fantastic label and dedication! You can truly feel the joy in this painting and how it must have inspired the brewer.
Look - Very true to style - the pour is a beautiful hazy gold color; topped with a pure white ring of froth.
Smell - The aroma here is a nice blend of sweet n' tangy mangos, spices, grain, and authentic Belgian yeast. The varied elements compliment each other quite well!
Flavor - A refreshing splash of juicy mango & citrus fruit is followed by peppery yeast, coriander, a nice bit of funk, and a finish that has a dash of clove. Be careful drinking this one as its so incredibly smooth, you won't feel like you're drinking a stronger beer. The mouthfeel is wonderful, as it coats the palate well and is not astringent whatsoever. As the beer warms a tad, and I'm experiencing it over a longer period of time - I can really notice the mango hitting my senses every step of the way.
Overall - While in many ways this beer reminds me of a number of archetypal Belgian whites and strong ales, (which is saying a lot) the mango aspect is the truly unique addition of a genius mind, especially at the time of release here in the summer - it's so very refreshing! It is for this reason that I am giving a supremely high mark - cheers to Wandering Soul! I will be getting this often while it's in stock & I'll be a hit at summer parties everywhere!

Pint canned 3 days ago, 08-12-19. Pours a very nice deep orange gold, very hazy with a few fingers of quickly settling head. Aroma of yeasty mango. Taste is a fine typical Belgian wheat ale, plus the added mango. It has the typical Belgian wheat spiciness and the mango adds a bit of fruity juiciness without being too strong (even though the label says "nearly 500 pounds of mango" were used). Feel is very smooth, low but persistent carbonation. Overall, this was very good and very satisfying - well blended flavors, no particular flaws. Also, the can says a portion of the proceeds go to a genetic disease foundation - the colorful and attractive can label art is done by a young child suffering from the disorder.
