Poured from a pint can into a pint glass. Full two finger off-white head with good lacing. The body of the beer is apricot in color, hazy in complexion. The dry hopping of the Chief Yakima hops, at the rate of 4 lbs per barrel, gives this NEDIPA a delicious, fruity aroma. The first sip reveals citrusy notes with little of the 9% abv noticed, and a mild hop bite on the tongue, for a clean finish. This is a great beer, and part of the profits go to discovering the cure of ALS. Win-Win!
