This German-style Helles Lager is a collaboration with our friends Westbound Train, a ska/reggae band from the Boston area. The recipe is built upon a grain bill of Pilsner malt and Vienna malt from our friends at Stone Path Malt here in MA, and we used classic noble hops from Germany.
