Served in a cover glass from the bottle.
Appearance: slightly hazy Amber body with medium Bubbles and an off-white head which rose maybe a notch less below half a finger's length.
Smell: sweet candy warm sugar and a touch of East all rising up the nostrils strong but light all at once.
Taste: complex sweet hops and malts makes you think of butterscotch candy mixed with flowers.
Mouth: sticky body feels like maple syrup coming off a touch light but carbonation is medium with a semi full body.
Overall: good beer which is a good mix between a quad and a Scotch ale. Always in a glass...Salud!
