Cardinal Craft Brewing is the brewing program for Skagit Valley College. They are only open 3-6pm on Fridays, so you've gotta make a point to go, if you want to go.
The tasting room spends most of it's week as the classroom. They have a 1bbl brew system, and, as you would expect, the styles and quality vary. Every thing we tried was solid though.
The main teacher was pouring brews on our visit, and service was solid.
Worth a stop, if your schedule allows.
